i had a great time at eco banitas during my stay in tulum. the jungle vibe and outdoor shower were highlights, making my christmas party special. brenda's hospitality and the delicious breakfasts exceeded my expectations!

the room cleaning service was poor.

the shower was lukewarm which was pretty annoying,, but the tents were super cozy and the location was close to the beach. staff was really accommodating and the breakfast was tasty and fresh.

The outdoor shower experience was truly refreshing!

My stay at Eco Banitas was frustrating from the beginning. The noise from the nearby road and generator made it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. Then there were issues with the water temperature. the shower was often lukewarm and inconsistent, making the experience uncomfortable. Furthermore, the lack of a mosquito net on the door invited unwanted guests, including a noisy invasion of coatis that disrupted my peace.

The charm of the setting was captivating, and the overall atmosphere fostered relaxation. The support from Raffael was exceptional. he was genuinely attentive to my needs, ensuring I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The garden view was delightful, adding to the serenity of the environment.

However, the shower temperature was inconsistent, which was a bit frustrating during my stay.

Located in a serene area close to the beach, the jungle ambiance adds a unique touch to the stay. The comfortable bed and spacious room made for a pleasant experience, while the friendly staff helped enhance the hospitality. Breakfast was minimal but included fresh pancakes which were quite enjoyable. However, the beach access was somewhat limited and required a coupon, and the Wi-Fi connection was occasionally weak, impacting my ability to stay connected.
